Sol-by-sol Summary

Sol 39  Break for human team: US Independence Day! The lander continues monitoring “Wonderland” and taking a self portrait which will be included in a large panoramic image called “Peter Pan.”

Sol 38  WCL thaw test; RA sprinkle “Sorceress” sample to OM.

Sol 37  Coordinated analysis of optical depth and atmospheric conditions with Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter

Sol 36  SSI and MET coordinated atmospheric observations. Monitored Dodo-Goldilocks; monitored Sorceress. Telltale monitors local wind conditions.

Sol 35  Deck panorama. Held sample in delivery position for analysis.

Sol 34  WCL sol B analysis successful; RA acquire “Sorceress” sample

Sol 33  "Snow White" now has a triple wide trench, investigating the results of scraping. Building a dirt pile named "Sorceress" to sample. OM & remote sensing.

Sol 32  The Phoenix Lander scraped ice in the “Wonderland” trench. Scientists now know that they have a soil-layer profile of Wonderland’s “Snow White.”

Sol 31  Scraping of Wonderland with pre-scraping and post-scraping documentation successful. Additionally there was also TECP profiling and imaging of "Holy Cow."

Sol 30  The Phoenix Lander conducted its first wet chemistry experiment on Martian soil. Intitial data indicates the soil has a pH between 8 and 9 and is basic.
